Shipping Policy

We only accept size exchange, not style exchange. We do not accept returns and refunds.

Size exchanges shall only be accepted in its original condition (unused, unworn, and unaltered with tags and liners attached.

If you find yourself needing a size exchange, send us an email at hellomariaswim@gmail.com within 7 days from date of delivery. Shipping fee shall still be shouldered by the customer.

Return & Exchange Policy

We are not responsible for any lost package for the reason that this issue is not within our control. We recommend you contact the mail courier.

Shipping within Metro Manila usually takes 1-3 days from date of payment. Cut-off shall be at 5pm.

Shipping in provincial areas usually takes 3-7 days from date of payment. Cut-off shall be at 5 pm
